We offer a unique option for your upcoming corporate event, birthday, engagement, wedding, baby shower, funerals, hens/bucks day or special event. We also offer transfers around Hobart. All of our charters and transfers can be tailored to suit your event and budget requirements.

Your Event

  • Location - Available to cruise around the Derwent River, Bruny Island, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and can accommodate destinations around Tasmania.

  • Pick Up / Drop Off Points- We operate from any major port including the Hobart wharf, Wrest Point, Bellerive Quay and more.

  • Guests - We can host up at a maximum of 49 guests

  • Crew - When you hire Cuttlefish your hire price will include the skipper and a deckhand. Additional bar staff and wait staff are charged at an hourly rate.

  • Catering: We offering a range of catering options. Let us help you design a catering menu suited to your event. From grazing stations and cheese platters, to canapes, oyster bars, gourmet seafood BBQs or a larger sit down meal - we utilise local premium produce and work closely with renowned caterers. There is also the option to self-cater.

  • Styling - We like to think of Cuttlefish as a ‘blank canvas’. The vessel is able to be styled specifically for your event. We work with renowned stylists and florists. Otherwise, guests are welcome to style the space and bring additional decor but will be responsible for bumping out immediately after the charter.

  • Beverages - We are fully licenced and offer a selection of beer, wine & spirits for purchase onboard.

  • Music - Cuttlefish Cruises has two UE Boom music systems onboard. You are welcome to bring your own playlist and connect via Bluetooth. Alternatively we welcome live musicians and DJs for your event.

  • Hire time - Minimum 2 hour hire

  • Payment - We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder is due 1 week prior to your confirmed date.
